Adecco Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in Phoenix, AZ

Adecco Healthcare is searching for a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ. As a key member of the clinical team, you will report directly to the Center Manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily nursing activities, including patient triage and patient education, ensuring exceptional care.
  • Work closely with Providers and the Center Manager to enhance clinical operations staff performance and develop performance improvement initiatives.
  • Regularly monitor compliance with national and organizational standards, preparing the center for quality audits and addressing any clinical deficiencies.
  • Provide education and resources to patients, families, and staff on clinical conditions and procedures.
  • Oversee clinical quality and patient safety through training and education of staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • AA/AS degree in Nursing.
  • Active, valid RN license in the state(s) of employment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of current direct nursing or medical work experience.
  • BLS certification for healthcare providers.
  • Proficient in PC skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BSN or a degree in Healthcare Administration.
  • Experience in a community-based clinic, public health department, or working with the senior population.
  • Problem-solving orientation with the ability to identify and address process gaps in a matrixed organization.
  • Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken in the communities we serve is a plus.
