Roustabout Foreman

Ironworks Welding Inc. is seeking a Roustabout Foreman to oversee roustabout laborers and ensure the completion of daily field tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of oilfield operations and excellent leadership skills.

This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. The Roustabout Foreman will be responsible for supervising laborers, preparing job orders, and maintaining required permits.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in oil and gas experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in leadership roles. A Class A CDL is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise roustabout laborers and ensure the completion of daily field tasks
• Prepare job orders and process job safety analyses (JSAs)
• Maintain required permits and ensure compliance with company policies
• Perform site maintenance and construction, including wellhead tie-ins, fence builds, and tank and vessel clean-ups
• Operate heavy machinery, including backhoes and skid-steer loaders
• Install and repair valves, pumps, and motors
• Maintain communication with supervisors and company representatives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of oil and gas experience
• Experience in leadership roles
• Ability to lift 75+ lbs
• Class A CDL (commercial driver's license) preferred
