Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will perform direct speech therapy services to patients, prepare engaging exercises and activities, provide counseling and consultations, and create goals and objectives for patients. They will also be responsible for reviewing patient files, attending continuing education courses, and maintaining proper sterilization and safety procedures.

  • Perform direct speech therapy services to patients as ordered by a physician and in accordance with the Plan of Care.
  • Prepare engaging exercises and activities to use during speech sessions with patients.
  • Provide counseling and consultations for new patients and their family members.
  • Create goals and objectives for patients to work toward and identify areas of progress and challenges.
