Job Description: As a Sales Associate at Kay Jewelers, you will be responsible for providing superior service to our valued customers. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging customers in conversation to understand their needs and desires
- Presenting merchandise and sharing detailed information regarding features and benefits of products
- Providing information regarding extended service plans and financing options
- Meeting individual and team sales goals
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong customer service, sales, retail, and/or jewelry experience. You should also have flexible availability to work during peak retail hours, such as nights, weekends, and holidays. A positive, customer-focused approach and strong communication and relational skills are essential for success in this position.
