NPS Holdings LLC is seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for organizing and ensuring the efficiency of the maintenance department, while maximizing maintenance efforts and minimizing downtime.

• Manage and schedule maintenance supplies, parts, and services for equipment and facilities.
• Organize third-party contractors and vendors.
• Develop and utilize maintenance plans and schedules, coordinating maintenance efforts between company personnel.
• Work closely with the maintenance supervisor to keep all work orders and spare parts updated in the system.
• Maintain maintenance logs for minor equipment such as HVAC systems, light bulbs, and basic electrical systems.
• Maintain maintenance quality control and compliance with building safety codes.
• Supervise repair processes and log each procedure for future reference.
• Perform other work-related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Associate degree in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years maintenance experience preferred.
• Excellent computer and software skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
• Experience with IMaint or other Maintenance Software programs required.
