Job Summary

Anza Management Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance duties to ensure the quality and value of our apartment properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform basic apartment and facilities maintenance to preserve the quality and value of our properties.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and perform repairs in plumbing, electrical, heating, and general maintenance areas.
  • Handle repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork, including painting and responding to safety issues.
  • Document repairs and performed duties.
  • Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes and alert authorities of any malfunctions.
  • Respond to emergency situations in a prompt and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Valid California Driver's License required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Weekend availability required.
