Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lifeguard Supervisor to join our team at Boomer's Parks. As a Lifeguard Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our waterpark attractions, ensuring the safety and well-being of our guests, and providing training and guidance to our lifeguard team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of lifeguards, ensuring that they are properly trained and equipped to respond to emergencies.
  • Monitor and maintain the safety and cleanliness of our waterpark attractions, including pools, water slides, and other aquatic facilities.
  • Develop and implement training programs for lifeguards, including CPR/AED certification and water rescue techniques.
  • Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a lifeguard, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • CPR/AED certification and lifeguard license required; Starguard Elite certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time.
