About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at Little Scholars Academy. This is an exciting opportunity to work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) or related conditions, providing them with the support and guidance they need to thrive.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy sessions to children aged 1-21. You will work closely with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address each child's unique needs and goals.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings, utilizing intensive teaching and natural environment training arrangements.
  • Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols, collecting and recording data as required.
  • Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments, and prepare client materials as instructed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work and therapy environment.

Salary and Benefits
