Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum to foster a love of learning in each child
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment that encourages exploration and discovery
  • Build strong relationships with parents and families to provide exceptional care and education
  • Support the success of our center by partnering with staff and leadership to achieve goals
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community contacts
Qualifications:
  • Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities
  • CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
  • Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
  • Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or willingness to obtain
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors
