Position Overview:
We are in search of a qualified individual to oversee a premier ECMO program that supports specialized services. This position entails managing daily ECMO operations, supervising staff, planning budgets, ensuring quality assurance, and guaranteeing optimal patient care and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in critical care and ECMO
- Equivalent Education and/or Experience
Licensure/Certification:
- Current RN license or equivalent
- CPR certification from recognized providers
- Completion of an ECMO training program
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to serve as a clinical resource for team members
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven patient-centered behaviors
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee ECMO operations to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Facilitate staff training and development
- Ensure effective management of facilities
- Contribute to budget planning and management
