Requirements

  • Experience: At least 7+ years of corporate federal tax compliance and tax consulting experience pertaining to planning, research and general mergers and acquisitions activities
  • Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills, and experience with tax research tools and tax preparation technology
