Piedmont HealthCare is seeking a skilled Cardiac Catheterization Technologist to join our team in the interventional cardiac catheterization laboratory.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and operate radiographic and computer equipment in the interventional cardiac catheterization laboratory.
- Assist cardiologists and/or interventional cardiologists during cardiac procedures, ensuring seamless collaboration and effective communication.
- Adhere to infection control guidelines and sterile procedures, maintaining a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology Program or Registered Nurse program, with a strong foundation in medical imaging and patient care.
- Two years of clinical cardiology or critical care experience, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
- GA RN license, if applicable, and current certifications in ACLS and BLS.
- RCIS certification, a plus, demonstrating expertise in cardiac catheterization and interventional procedures.
