We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lexus Recon Technician to join our team at Bobby Rahal Automotive Group - Mechanicsburg. As a key member of our reconditioning team, you will be responsible for thoroughly cleaning and preparing vehicles for resale, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and appearance.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that includes a regular Monday-Friday schedule with occasional Saturday rotations. You will work closely with our team to ensure that every vehicle that leaves our dealership is in pristine condition, meeting the expectations of our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, paying attention to every detail to ensure a high-quality finish
• Prepare vehicles for resale, including washing, waxing, and vacuuming
• Use a variety of chemicals and tools to restore vehicles to their original condition
• Work efficiently and effectively to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time
• Physical ability to walk, bend, squat, reach, turn, twist, and make repetitive motions
• Detailing and automotive experience required
