We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Handy Porter to join our team at Adamas Building Services. As a Handy Porter, you will be responsible for completing work orders, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our luxury residential building, and ensuring that all common areas are tidy and well-maintained.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cleaning responsibilities, including trash removal and recycling
  • Perform weekly cleaning tasks, including window cleaning and common area maintenance
  • Remove trash and recyclables on scheduled trash days

Benefits:

  • Weekly pay
  • Uniforms provided (winter and summer)
  • Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days, including a 401(k) match after one year of employment

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects

Working Hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 7am - 4pm
  • Saturday: 9am - 12pm
  • Sunday: 3pm - 6pm

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
