Position Overview:
This is a full-time hourly role consisting of five 9-hour shifts weekly. Essential availability includes first, second, and/or third shifts, as well as weekends, holidays, and occasional double shifts.


The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager.

By leading, developing, and training Team Members, the Assistant Manager plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to every patron.

The primary focus is to guarantee a superior customer experience, achieved through maintaining store standards, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and fostering a positive store culture for both Team Members and customers.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service

Delegate tasks and supervise the completion of all work during assigned shifts

Train new Team Members in essential store operations

Collaborate with vendors in line with company policies and procedures

Ensure compliance with all loss prevention and cash control measures

Work alongside the Store Manager and department heads to meet sales and profitability objectives

Participate in training sessions at the Corporate Support Center and/or Training Site as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in Food Service/Retail management
Availability to work various shifts

Ability to lead and collaborate in a team setting

Willingness to travel to the Support Center and other locations within the assigned district

Strong attention to detail

Basic computer proficiency

Punctuality and a strong attendance record

Physical Requirements:
