Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth financial evaluations to identify opportunities in senior secured loans and high-yield bonds.
  • Perform comprehensive due diligence on prospective investments, assessing associated risks.

  • Regularly monitor market trends and industry shifts to inform investment strategies.
  • Stay informed about regulatory updates and their implications for investment decisions.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports and present findings to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Engage in discussions and meetings to share insights on market conditions and investment tactics.

Qualifications:

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is between USD $200,000 to $260,000, with eligibility for an annual bonus. The Ladders considers various factors, including an individual's qualifications, skills, and market conditions when determining the final salary.
