Sterile Processing Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled Sterile Processing Tech to join our team at Unavailable. As a Sterile Processing Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the sterilization and cleaning of medical equipment, instruments, and supplies in a sterile processing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent knowledge of sterilization techniques, and the ability to work with fragile equipment. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Operate and monitor sterilization equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Examine supplies meticulously to ensure proper cleaning and sanitization
- Test and report any issues or problems with sterilization equipment
- Sterilize, prepare, wrap, and organize equipment into instrument trays for use during medical procedures
- Prepare and deliver all necessary equipment and instruments for surgeries, examinations, medical procedures, and medical carts
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization procedures, sterilized items, equipment maintenance, and supplies
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certification as a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) preferred
