Condominium Concierge

We are looking for a dedicated Condominium Concierge to assist residents at the entrance of our property. This role is ideal for individuals seeking part-time work, including retirees or those looking to supplement their income with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome residents and visitors warmly.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of packages from resident vehicles.
• Observe the parking area from an indoor position and report any incidents of theft, violence, or rule violations.
• Help maintain a tidy and presentable entrance to the condominium.
• Inform residents and guests about parking regulations and report any violations.
• Notify management of any maintenance or safety concerns within the facility.

Qualifications:

• Capable of managing a physical workload, including lifting light packages.
• Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail during extended periods of inactivity.

Available Shifts:

• ​Mondays and Thursdays, 8am to 5pm
