We are offering a unique training opportunity for students to become Surgical Technologist Residents prior to graduating with their Surgical Technologist Degree.
In this training position, the Surgical Technologist Resident will be responsible for assisting in surgical procedures, while under supervision, handling instrumentation and anticipating the needs of the surgeon while maintaining aseptic techniques to AORN standards.
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain skills and competencies required of the Surgical Technologist Resident position.
- Comply with customer service requirements.
- Actively participate in Quality Improvement (QI) programs.
- Perform all other job-related duties as assigned.
- Maintain and gather supplies to perform job duties.
