Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Traveling Superintendent to oversee and manage projects across the country. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction techniques, materials, and tools, as well as excellent project management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, and designers to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.
  • Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage on-site personnel and ensure all workers are properly trained and following all safety protocols.
  • Maintain an organized and safe job site, adhering to all OSHA regulations.
  • Travel to project sites across the country, as required.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as a superintendent.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across the country.
