KidStrong Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic KidStrong Coach to join our team at KidStrong North Hills. As a Coach, you will be responsible for delivering our unique and engaging curriculum to children aged walking to 11 years old, focusing on brain, physical, and character development.

• Teach the KidStrong curriculum to small groups of children, ensuring a safe and enjoyable learning environment.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians, providing them with updates on their child's progress.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of classes and effective communication with parents.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a clean and organized studio, adhering to health and safety standards.

• Prior experience working with children, preferably in a coaching or teaching role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with children and parents alike.
• Physical stamina to participate in classes and maintain a high level of energy throughout the day.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to scheduling.
• CPR certification and intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics.
