Security Officer

Arrow Security is seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

• Conduct regular foot patrols to monitor premises and identify potential security risks.
• Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure access control is maintained, verifying the identity of authorized personnel and maintaining a visitor's log.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and effective manner, following established protocols and procedures.
• Write and document incident reports in a clear and concise manner, ensuring all relevant details are included.
• Enforce rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for all individuals.
• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate confrontations in a professional and respectful manner.
• Provide friendly and professional service to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive experience.

• Valid NYS Security Guard License.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Concierge experience.
• Computer literacy.
• Minimum 1 year of consistent security guard experience.
• Professional communication and appearance.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to act courteously with others.
• Mature outlook and ability to handle escalated situations.
• Valid CPR-AED certification (a plus).
• Exceptional work ethic.
