Key Responsibilities- Assess and address the psychosocial, spiritual, emotional, and population-specific needs of patients and their families.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, integrating direct and indirect patient care activities related to diagnosis and co-morbidities.
- Coordinate the implementation of interdisciplinary plans of care for assigned patients, developing goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans that meet individual patient/family needs.
- Collaborate with patients' designated care partners to meet their educational, physical, psychological, and spiritual needs.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- ADN Nursing Degree required; BSN or MSN preferred.
- Current RN nursing license in good standing with the Nevada State licensing board.
- Minimum of one (1) year post-graduate nursing experience in ICU, NICU, or Med/Surgical preferred.
- BLS, ACLS, NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring required.
