Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale commercial construction projects with budgets exceeding $50 million. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing all phases of major projects, from pre-construction through completion, with a focus on schedule, budget, and quality. Stability, leadership, and experience on high-budget projects are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale commercial construction projects (budget $50M+)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Prepare, track, and update project schedules and budgets
  • Oversee project documentation, including contracts, permits, RFI's, change orders, and progress reports
  • Conduct regular site visits and coordinate with the field team to ensure safety and quality control
  • Lead project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Negotiate contracts, manage relationships with key vendors and subcontractors
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects
  • Proven experience on projects with a budget of $50M or higher is required
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and industry standards
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
  • Stable work history with a proven track record of success
