Position Overview

The Store Operations Manager plays a crucial role in our business, overseeing all aspects of store performance.

This position is responsible for assembling and guiding a team through continuous coaching, establishing high expectations for customer service, ensuring top-notch product quality, engaging in local marketing efforts, fostering community relationships, and driving overall operational success.

The Store Operations Manager is expected to lead by example, adhering to all policies and procedures rigorously while ensuring that the team upholds the same standards.


DUTIES &

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Recognize, appreciate, and value the unique talents and contributions of all individuals.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude to inspire and motivate all team members while upholding all RPM standards.
  • Monitor and enforce Safety & Security protocols; ensure all equipment is functioning properly.
  • Utilize RPM training resources and on-the-job training to continually enhance the skills of all team members.
  • Ensure compliance with all RPM, Domino's, and state health regulations.
  • Manage inventory, handle cash, deliver exceptional customer service, forecast sales, engage in local marketing, and schedule team members effectively.
  • Successfully oversee sales, inventory, and labor to meet profit goals.
  • Ensure that product, service, and image standards are consistently maintained.
  • Commit to working 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications



QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Must be an AM4 or a previous GM with DM approval and in good standing with RPM.
  • Completion of GMITO Class or equivalent is required, along with a store-ready AM4 as a successor.
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume operations and supervision in a store that meets all RPM Service Standards.
  • Must pass all background and drug screenings.
  • Proficient in mathematics and technology.
  • Act as an RPM Brand Ambassador, consistently upholding all standards and producing perfect products, including a 60-second large pepperoni pizza.
  • Proven track record of training team members in product knowledge, service excellence, and brand image.
  • Food Safety certification as required by the area.
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, carry, and operate machinery, with the capacity to lift up to 25 pounds.
