Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational arrangements with appropriate supervision regarding facilities and services.
  • Assist in scheduling communications for all aspects of the venue.
  • Promptly and effectively address customer complaints to foster goodwill.
  • Build and maintain relationships by effectively interacting with diverse groups.
  • Meet with supervisors to review performance and discuss necessary adjustments to goals or objectives based on current or anticipated conditions.
  • Support the implementation of measures to evaluate event success and effectiveness.
  • Utilize strategies to enhance productivity, minimize costs, and elevate guest service.

  • Ensure every guest feels welcomed, cared for, and safe.

Qualifications - Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to obtain necessary driving permits as required.
  • Successful completion of a drug test is a condition of employment.
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free workplace.

  • Familiarity with hospitality and event service standards is preferred.
