At Soliant, we're seeking a talented Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Farmington, NM.

About the Position

We're looking for a dedicated professional with 1+ years of speech therapy experience to assess and treat munication disorders in our diverse student population. This role offers flexibility and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our students.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose speech, language, and munication disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and student needs.
  • Provide speech therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
  • Accurately document therapy sessions and student progress.
Requirements

We require:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • A valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in New Mexico.
  • A Certificate of Clinical petence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred.
  • A strong understanding of speech therapy principles and practices.
  • Excellent munication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience.
