About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the physical therapy needs of patients under the direction of the Rehabilitation Services Director. This includes initiating discharge planning, implementing treatment programs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
  • Provide accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited physical therapy curriculum
  • Certification in physical therapy or foreign-trained equivalent
  • Ability to work effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
