Nuestros enfermeros ofrecen atención excepcional a lo largo del continuum.

  • Realizar visitas a domicilio a pacientes en territorios geográficos designados
  • Brindar atención de enfermería especializada, intervenciones y cuidados de apoyo de acuerdo con el plan de atención individual, incluyendo la administración de medicamentos, cuidado de heridas y tratamientos
  • Realizar evaluaciones de pacientes, proporcionar educación al paciente y/o su familia, y monitorear la condición del paciente.
  • Documentar con precisión observaciones, intervenciones y evaluaciones relacionadas con la gestión del cuidado del paciente y los servicios proporcionados, utilizando una tableta de última generación
  • Gestión de casos y coordinación

Requisitos para ser enfermero/a en BAYADA:

  • Graduación de un programa de enfermería acreditado y aprobado, según se indica en el expediente académico o diploma
  • Licencia de enfermería actual y en buen estado en AZ
