Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly lessons and prepare students for performances.
- Provide constructive feedback to students through ongoing assessments and bi-annual evaluations.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and collaborate with team members.
- Oversee rehearsals and events, ensuring smooth operations.
- Produce two major musical theater productions annually, including casting, rehearsal management, and volunteer coordination.
