Job Title: Probationer Escort Specialist

Salary: $14.60 - $20.67 per hour (pay band 1)

The Virginia Department of Human Resource Management is seeking a skilled Probationer Escort Specialist to join their team. As a Probationer Escort Specialist, you will be responsible for transporting probationers to and from approved community activities, work placements, and performing other administrative support duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transporting probationers to and from approved community activities and work placements
• Performing other administrative support duties as required

Requirements:

• A valid driver's license
• Basic computer literacy
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
• Ability to work independently within broad guidelines

This is a wage position limited to working no more than 1,500 hours per agency during the 12-month period. The wage employment period resets on May 1 of the following year. All wage employees are limited to working no more than 29 hours per week on average over the 12-month period. This position offers no state benefits.
