About the Job:
O'Rourke Media Group, now operating as OMGHired Delmarva, is seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our fast-paced production team at our facility in Delaware. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our high-speed presses, ensuring timely and efficient production of our publications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain high-speed presses to produce high-quality prints
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure optimal press performance
- Collaborate with production team members to meet tight deadlines and achieve production goals
- Assist in the setup and operation of press equipment, including ink and plate changes
- Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; mechanical aptitude and technical skills preferred
- Ability to lift packages/bundles up to 35 lbs
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
