Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for delivering TV and smart home solutions to our customers, providing an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the successful installation of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent DISH in customers' homes, providing a professional and courteous service
  • Install and configure DISH TV and smart home systems, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting, resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements
  • Aptitude to build rapport quickly with customers
  • Ability to stand on a high ladder for long periods, lift over 70 lbs, and work in varying climates/weather conditions
  • A valid driver's license and a driving record that meets DISH's safety standards
  • Travel may be required
