As a Cycle Counter, you\u2019ll play a vital role in ensuring our stores run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include receiving and processing product, executing stockroom operations, and fulfilling omni-channel orders. You\u2019ll also be responsible for replenishing the sales floor, engaging customers, and executing product protection standards. Additionally, you\u2019ll participate in training new hires on Kohl\u2019s brand standards, product knowledge, and inventory procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Receive and process product, including unloading truck shipments and executing stockroom operations
* Replenish the sales floor as necessary based on sell-through and seasonal changes
* Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
* Execute all product protection standards
* Participate in the training process for new hires on Kohl\u2019s brand standards, product knowledge, inventory procedures, productivity standards, tools, and resources

**What You\u2019ll Do:**

* Deliver exceptional customer service and execute store operations with precision
* Process freight, replenishment, and omni-channel operations efficiently
* Engage customers and offer assistance with products and services
* Execute product protection standards and participate in training new hires

**Requirements:**

* Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
* Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
* No retail experience required
* Must be 16 years of age or older
* Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays

**Preferred:**

* Client-facing retail or service industry experience

**Pay Starts At:** $12.50
