Responsibilities
  • Participate in class reading, discussion, and written coursework to develop your knowledge and skills.
  • Verify your skills by safely and competently performing activities listed on the home health aide competency test.
  • Demonstrate your knowledge by scoring 80% or higher on Home Health Aide quizzes and exams.
  • Attend all required training classes and clinical sessions punctually.
Requirements
  • One to two years of direct patient care experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to meet physical demands, including continuous standing or walking and lifting weight up to 35 lbs.
