Job Summary

Caliber Collision is seeking an experienced Automotive Refinisher to join our team. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will be responsible for preparing and applying paint to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish and meeting OEM standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare color tint to match paint color
  • Mix paint colors and ensure all formulations meet OEM standards
  • Apply paint and ensure a high-quality finish
  • Remove masking and reassemble vehicles prior to returning them to the body technician

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
  • Auto Body certificate or ASE certification in refinishing preferred

Abilities:

  • Ability to do consistent physical activity
  • Ability to read and understand instructions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
