About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team at Damar Services. As a key member of our ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) department, you will play a vital role in providing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical services to children with autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to identify the needs of children with autism
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child
  • Provide clinical supervision and oversight to Masters-level clinicians
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Director and Director of Outpatient Services to ensure high-quality clinical services
  • Act as a clinical consultant on cases as requested by clinicians or the Clinical Director
  • Attend mandatory staff meetings and other meetings as assigned
  • Provide consultation and services to Damar Public Charter Academy in regards to student progress, testing procedures, and outcomes
  • Ensure accurate and legible documentation of clinical services
  • Complete and update mandatory training and licensure-related items in a timely manner
Requirements
  • PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience completing diagnostic assessments
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • HSPP endorsement
  • Valid Indiana driver's license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar's insurance carrier
