Valet Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Supervisor to join our team at Atlantis Casino Resort Spa. As a Valet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Valet department, ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Valet team, ensuring efficient and safe parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Manage the flow of traffic and assign tasks to team members as needed.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe Porte Cochere/Valet Area, adhering to all Atlantis Service Standards.
• Assist with taxi and direction requests, as well as luggage handling.
• Perform other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alcohol Awareness Card required.
• Must have a clean driving record and be able to drive all Class C vehicles and limousines, including manual vehicles.
• MUST adhere to all grooming standards, no visible tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
