Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver to join our team at HomeWell Care Services of Salt Lake City. As a caregiver, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Job Summary:

As a Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders. You will also assist with feeding, meal preparation, and transportation as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Remind clients to take medication as directed.
  • Assist with feeding and meal preparation.
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities.
Requirements:
  • Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray.
  • Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile.
  • Self-directing with the ability to work with little direct supervision.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and communicate effectively.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
  • US Work Authorization.
