**Job Summary:**

As a Grill Cook at Bob Evans, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items to high standards of quality and presentation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Follow recipe and storyboard guidelines to prepare and cook meats, fish, poultry, gravies, soups, vegetables, etc.
* Cut, broil, sauté, and fry menu items to order
* Practice safe food handling and perform clean up duties
* Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good working order
* Unpack and organize received goods in a timely manner

**Requirements:**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and guidelines
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
