We are seeking a skilled Ranch Hand/ Facilities Team Member to join our team at JR Butler Inc.

We work closely with architects, general contractors and owners, as well as the market's leading material suppliers to provide integrated glazing packages and superior solutions for even the most difficult design-build projects.

Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will perform various tasks including grounds keeping, animal care, equipment maintenance and repair, heavy equipment operation, and sawmill operation/maintenance.
They will also be responsible for escalating problems to the manager and working collaboratively as part of a great team.
Schedule:
The schedule for this role is 7AM-3:30PM.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience with heavy equipment operating (specifically Skid Steer/Tractor)
- 2-5 years of experience with horses or other large animals
- Lawn care/commercial property experience
- Bonus points for sawmill operating and basic mechanical skills
Compensation & Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $17-$25 an hour depending on experience.
Additional benefits include discretionary performance-based bonuses after one year, 401K packages with employer matching, medical, dental, and vision packages with employer contribution, and 80 hours of vacation time in the first year.
