Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct, plan, and oversee hospital renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with AHCA and ICRA standards.

  • Perform comprehensive risk evaluations to identify potential issues related to infection control, patient care interruptions, and regulatory adherence.
  • Devise thorough risk management strategies to protect patient safety, adhere to project timelines, and maintain budgetary constraints.
  • Track project progress, promptly identifying and addressing any risks or changes to ensure successful project completion.
  • Implement infection control protocols and maintain a meticulous approach to prevent contamination and interruptions during renovation work.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
