R&D Scientist

- Conduct research and development experiments, record data accurately, and support new test designs.
- Maintain a safe working environment, synthesize new compounds, characterize materials, and formulate new products.
- Implement experiments with guidance from a supervisor or senior members of the project team.
- Record data and detailed accounts of results in a laboratory notebook.
- Communicate results through written and verbal summaries.
- Apply technical know-how according to established procedures and precedents.
- Recommend alternative solutions to problems to pursue project goals.
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in an industrial facility or setting is preferred, along with experience working with grease, lubricants, sealants, and/or oil-related products. A Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, Chemistry, or related degree is required, with equivalent experience considered. Strong mechanical and mathematical skills are essential for this role.
