Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our equipment and utensils are sanitized and ready for use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Wash and sanitize pots, pans, and cooking equipment by hand, adhering to company-approved techniques.
  • Maintain clean and sanitized kitchen utensils and service ware to meet the demands of our restaurant and provide efficient service to our guests.
  • Ensure the dish area, equipment, and chemicals are properly maintained and stored.
  • Inspect and verify that the dish machine is functioning correctly and chemical levels are adequate throughout the workday.
  • Change dish machine chemicals, water, and three-compartment sink as needed.
