About Our Team

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Charge to join our team at YesCare Health. As a leader in correctional healthcare, we provide comprehensive care to patients while working towards breaking the cycle of recidivism and improving community health.

What You Will Do
  • Administer the nursing program in the Health Care Unit under the direction of the Director of Nursing or Assistant Director of Nursing
  • Supervise one shift and share 24-hour responsibility for all nursing and paraprofessional personnel
  • Recruit and orient new nursing personnel
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve healthcare delivery
What We Are Looking For
  • Graduation from an approved nursing education program with a diploma or an Associate Degree in Nursing required
  • One (1) to Two (2) year of professional nursing experience
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly

Estimated Salary: $52,700 per year
