Job Description
This Construction Estimator role is responsible for assisting in the development of cost estimates for construction projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to solicit pricing from subcontractors, prepare scopes of work for trade contractors, and meet critical deadlines. As part of our team, you will be responsible for accurately obtaining quantities for building components, working effectively as part of a team, and collaborating with Lead/Chief Estimators to review pricing.

Responsibilities
- Develop full-scope estimates based on final construction documents
- Coordinate efforts required for solicitation of proposals and bids
- Provide detailed quantity take-off of specific trades and input information into companys estimating software
- Collaborate with Lead/Chief Estimators to review pricing and ensure accuracy

Requirements
- A degree in Construction Management (CM), Architecture, Civil Engineering (CE), or similar field, or 5+ years related work experience in Commercial General Contracting or Military Construction
- Either 2+ years Estimating or 3+ years Project Engineer Experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team and contribute to a positive work environment

Benefits
Absher offers a competitive salary ranging from $63,000 to $95,000, commensurate with experience and training.
