Job Title: Estimator of Large Loss

This esteemed company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Estimator of Large Loss to join their team. As a key member of their commercial restoration department, you will be responsible for accurately estimating losses and providing exceptional service to clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough site assessments and gather data to estimate losses
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and goals
Requirements:
  • 4-6+ years of experience in large loss estimating
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Xactimate, Docusketch, and MICA experience a plus
  • IICRC qualifications in Fire, Water, and Mold strongly encouraged
  • Commercial and residential construction experience
  • Background in reconstruction and mitigation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel
