Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Medical Surgical Registered Nurse to join our team at Della Infotech, Inc. in Littleton, NH. As a Med Surg RN, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients in a Level III trauma setting
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Administer medications, blood products, and specific drugs to outpatients as needed
  • Participate in code responses, including CODE RED, CODE BLUE, CODE PINK, and CODE ORANGE
  • Escorts patients to their cars at the time of discharge
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of current Med Surg experience required
  • Travel experience of at least 6 months is non-negotiable
  • BSN preferred
