The Deaconess Comprehensive Pain Center East is in search of a dedicated full-time Pain Medicine physician. Candidates are required to be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pain Management.
Role ResponsibilitiesThis role focuses on delivering pain management services within a hospital-based department/program. It is primarily an outpatient practice, where the physician will implement pain management strategies through both clinical and procedural treatment plans. The provider will foster a collaborative environment with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) in the outpatient clinic.
Service Line DetailsThe Pain Service Line encompasses four clinic locations within the Central Region of the Deaconess Health System. This service line offers a comprehensive pain management program that includes:
- Pharmacist-led Medication Therapy Management (MTM) Clinic for effective medication oversight
- Behavioral health services to support mental well-being
- Physical medicine services aimed at rehabilitation
All clinics and hospitals utilize a shared Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system (Epic), ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.
Compensation and BenefitsAs an employee of Deaconess, you will receive a competitive base annual salary of $550,000, guaranteed for the first 12 months, along with a comprehensive benefits package. A sign-on bonus of $50,000 is also available.
