Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shuttle Driver to join our team at Propark Mobility. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from our facility, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth operation of our shuttle bus service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive shuttle bus and transport customers to and from the facility
  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting passengers and assisting with loading and unloading
  • Operate the shuttle bus in a safe and efficient manner, complying with all traffic and safety regulations
  • Monitor vehicle condition and record malfunctioning items or damage on appropriate forms
  • Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and other employees using a two-way radio system to coordinate routes, announce arrivals and delays, and handle other vehicle or customer issues
  • Conduct pre/post trip inspections of the shuttle buses at the beginning and end of shift to ensure sound operating conditions
  • Monitor traffic and weather conditions and notify dispatch or supervisor of potential problems
  • Report accidents or other safety situations to dispatch or supervisor
  • Treat all customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a minimum of three years of driving experience
  • Ability to operate a passenger van safely and efficiently
  • Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends
  • Energetic, outgoing, and able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50lbs if needed
  • Great communicator in both written and spoken language, with a friendly, professional approach to everyone met
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to help resolve customer issues in a positive and helpful way
Preferred Qualifications
  • Customer service experience: 1 year+
  • Experience driving a shuttle bus or commercial vehicle: 1 year+
